How do I pick my first course?
If you are new to drawing, start with Foundations courses labeled Beginner. If you want a calm introduction with short drills, try “Calm Sketching I.” For color, “Watercolor Whispers I” is designed for true beginners.
What supplies do I need?
Any pencil, an eraser, and paper are enough to begin. For watercolor, start with a small set of student-grade pans, a medium round brush, and cold-press paper. We offer optional kits, but starting simple is welcome.
How long do I keep access?
Your access does not expire. You can return to lessons anytime and learn at a pace that respects your life rhythm.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course doesn’t fit your needs within 14 days, email [email protected]. We will ask a few clarifying questions and offer a refund or an exchange.
Is mentorship included?
All courses include community critique guidelines and monthly mentor office hours. One-on-one critiques are available in select tracks—see course details for “Mentor Feedback Included.”
How do I access on mobile?
Lessons are responsive and include transcripts. We recommend landscape orientation for diagrams. Progress syncs across devices when you sign in.
Can children join?
Yes, with adult supervision for accounts of minors under 16. Our tone is always gentle; however, motor skills and patience vary by age. We suggest starting with short sketch prompts.
Do you provide certificates?
You can download a completion certificate after finishing all lessons and the reflective assignment. Certificates acknowledge learning but are not formal academic credits.
